If you are looking for an easy appetizer recipe that takes only 3 ingredients and you have a crock
pot, then this Game Day Easy Meatball Recipe is for you! I have partnered with Rosina
Food Products to bring you this delicious, family favorite recipe.
Tossing the ingredients together is going to take you less than 5 minutes. It’s a simple matter of
opening a bottle of chili sauce and a jar of grape jelly, dumping them in the crock pot and mixing
it all together. Add a bag of Rosina Homestyle Meatballs, found in the frozen section at the store.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Why Rosina Homestyle Meatballs?
Rosina homestyle meatballs are the closest to the homemade texture and taste that I have been able to find. I find that the quality of the ingredients and being oven baked before frozen provides the right
meatball consistency for this recipe.

While the recipe prep is quick and easy, they do take a few hours to cook. You can speed up the
process by cooking on high or even cooking on a stove top until everything is heated through.
However (and this is strictly our opinion), these meatballs taste best when they are cooked low
and slow.
What is great about this recipe is that it is flexible – you could add the 52oz party pack bag of Rosina
Homestyle Meatballs to the crockpot and still have enough sauce for them. It really comes down
to preference and how big of a group you need to feed.
If, on the odd chance, you have leftovers of this delicious appetizer we’re sharing some of our
favorite leftover ideas at the end of this post.

A Few Thoughts:

- Take the recipe up another notch by adding thinly slice sweet onions for another layer of flavor and especially delicious if you use the leftovers for meatball subs.
