So far so good. Very fun read. I’m about 1/2 way through and it’s been very entertaining.

I’m on the hunt for a percolator so that I can try her coffee recipe. Alan recently had some coffee made similar to this and he raves about it.

I’m also going to give the bread recipe (WITHOUT a bread maker) a go.

I love her chapter on beekeeping—although it sounds fascinating I’m not sure we’ll ever be ready to take that step. Beekeeping seems a little daunting although I’m completely intrigued by the bee’s social system I’m not sure its a road we’ll ever be ready to go down. If you’re a beekeeper leave me a comment, I’d love to hear about it from some different perspectives.
