FAQ

How Do You Calculate Weight Watchers Points?

It’s actually really easy to calculate Weight Watchers points. Just take a look at the nutrition fact labels and calculate the points using the following formula:

Points = (calories / 50) + (total fat / 12) – (fiber / 5)

This means take the calories and divide them in half then take the fat grams and divide them by 12. Add those totals together then divide the fiber by 5. Subtract the fiber total from the first number and you get the Weight Watchers Points.
