I have been enjoying my Windows 8 phone. Its fun to change up the tiles and colors to fit my mood. When I first shared the phone with you I had a teal screen and not many tiles. Today I have a purple buttons and lots of fun tiles that keep my friends and family available just by the touch of a button. 

The How We Met App is a fun way to bring your friendship story to life. Just click on the app and pick one of your friends and the app will show how you met. I picked my awesome friend Jenn (aka The Rebel Chick) to see how the app works. 

Choose a friend and just click “Make Your Story”. So easy and so much fun. Type in a little introduction to kick your story off.

The app then creates a story. Jenn and I met in real life for the first time in May 2012. We had chatted online for a while before meeting at a conference in Florida. I knew that we were going to be great friends.

We have so much in common, mostly our complete and utter love for travel! Plus, we both have teen daughters so we have someone to commiserate with on parenting issues. After we met in Florida we spent a week together in June attending another conference in Denver and touring the area. We weren’t going to pass up the opportunity to sightsee while we were in Denver.

We travel so well together that we’ll be taking a cruise through the Mediterranean in April!
