We have had the Vinci Tab II 7” tablet for a little over a month now. What a great amount of enjoyment it has brought my children. Daily, my three year old is asking to play on the “tablet”. I’d be lying if I were to say there haven’t been any fights between the kids over tablet time as they all enjoying playing on it.
One thing that I touched on in my last review was the ability to add on apps to your Vinci tablet. It was something that I had not had time to try out yet but was interested in doing. The instructions for this are on the website and are really easy to follow. There are A LOT of apps available for download. The best part is most are free but the ones that are not are VERY reasonably priced. Most are only .99 cents.

This is the part where I get really honest. I followed the instructions just as they were. I tried over and over to download the apps we had chosen and it just kept giving me an error. I kept rechecking my steps because like I said it seemed really easy. I finally called up customer service. Now we all know how calling some customer service departments can go. I am just being honest when I say I wasn’t sure what to expect and wasn’t really expecting much. I was so pleasantly surprised at the awesome customer service I received. The woman that I spoke to was so kind and courteous and helpful! As it turns out the system was down for some maintenance and I was instructed to try again in an hour. Well sure enough in an hour the process worked just fine and my apps were downloaded onto my tablet!!
I give Vinci an A+ on their customer service!!
So overall the process to add apps or videos to the Vinci tablet is really quite simple and painless. The great thing is that you can continually add or change the apps on your Vinci tablet to keep it interesting for your child or to keep up with their ever changing needs as they learn and grow. I think this is one of the most important features of the Vinci tablet. This is a product that can grow and change right with your child AND as stated in my previous review it’s safe. The tablet is free of ads and pop ups and is kid safe from any adult content.
You can learn more about the Vinci tablet at their site, on facebook, or follow on twitter.

My kids would adore something like that – very neat!
JDaniel would love to have one of these. The apps sounds very reasonable.
Very cool and when did you get a three year old? Have I missed something?
That is a very cool tablet! I love that the apps are so reasonably priced! My oldest has a “tablet” toy. But the apps are all like $25 each. I don’t think so!! Too pricey for me. I should have researched that before I bought the stupid thing.
lol..my apologies. I thought I had the blog all set up to show who the author of the post is. Apparently that didn’t work

Love the case on it! And good to know the apps are fairly priced… we have a different tablet for the kids and the apps are so expensive! Love hearing about awesome customer service, too–that’s a company I’ll return to, thanks for sharing your experience!
I would love to get one of these for my five year old. Thanks for the great review!
This is right down my boys’ aisle!! They would both love it!
Cool, my son would love this. I might need 2, I have an almost 2 year old who thinks everything is hers and she’ll scream bloody murder if she can’t have this when SHE wants it! Thanks for sharing!
We love the Vinici too. It’s such a great tablet for young children. The games are fun and I enjoy being able to use it as a regular tablet as well.
Wow! My kids would love this. I have never heard about this before!
How cool is that?! My daughter got a tablet for Christmas and it keeps freezing up on her
I’ll have to check this one out!
Thanks so much for your review and compliment. I found your article by accident as I’m playing my VINCI tablet in the dark with my 3 yrs old sleeping next to me. She always wants me to wait till she falls asleep before leaving her bed. I’d invite you to look at VINCI Curriculum app section which is more structured than Kids Library. Learning is a like climbing a ladder and you can get your kids get ahead while still having fun playing by using VINCI’s ladder structure.
My girl starts to read before 4 and she is on VINCI level 3 program. Your kids can do that too!

I love all the puzzle apps. Those are some of my sons favorites apps on my phone and tablet. He actually really loves the Puzzingo game!
So glad you are enjoying it!
