This tomato soup is so easy to make that you’ll never buy canned tomato soup again. Plus its so very good and you can add whatever herbs you’d like. It’s just a handful of ingredients and you probably have everything you need to make it in your kitchen right now.
This is everything you need:

Combine 2 cups of milk, 1-28 ounce can of tomatoes, herbs, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce to medium heat and let cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add tomato soup to a blender and blend until smooth. About 2-4 minutes.

If you’d like you can top with crackers, croutons, parmesan cheese or sour cream.

That’s it. So easy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 28 ounce can of Classico Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons of garlic herb seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
- ½ teaspoon of basil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. You want it to cook long enough to really infuse all the flavors. Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Add soup to a blend and blend for 2-4 minutes. If soup is too cool place back in pan and heat back up.
- Top with crackers, croutons, parmesan cheese, or sour cream.
