Just Now: I can’t believe its already 1:30 p.m. and I haven’t accomplished much. Where does the day go?
Dreaming: About opening up that beautiful red mustang on a long lonely stretch of road and having the thrill of going very fast with the top down.
Reading: Almost finished with Wine to Water: A Bartender’s Quest to Bring Clean Water to the World by Doc Hendley. Highly recommend this book.
Just Now: So grateful that I was able to hear Doc Hendley as a Keynote Speaker at a recent event. His story broke my heart and left me pondering the inhumanity of the world. Everyone has a right to clean drinking water and his organization is bringing water to people around the world. You can help here. Did you know that for as little as $30 you can provide clean drinking water for a family of 10 for five years? That’s less than 2 cents a day!
Drinking: Cranberry Sierra Mist with a hit of Crystal Head Vodka (hey, don’t judge..it’s 5 o’clock somewhere)
Just Now: Wondering how its possible to be so tired all the time.
Project: Planning fall and winter holidays. Crafts, holiday cards, recipes and more.
On the Night Stand: Books, magazines, business cards, Rock of Ages movie and a beautiful tribal scarf from Sarawak, Malaysia.
Just Now: Reflecting on the following quote and reminding myself to breathe:
“Life will be what it will be. Everything you experience is for you. It’s a gift. It’s what makes life worth living:
The contrast of the moments. The lifting, exhilarating inhale…The sweet, peace of the pause,
The utterly necessary, releasing exhale. Just breathe. Let it be. Life is beautiful…
The only thing you will ever truly have is the opportunity to see the beauty of this
one fleeting moment. Savor the pain as fully as you taste the pleasure. This moment
is the only thing that can be promised to you. Love it for whatever it is.” ~cagefreefamily.com
On the editor: Reminisce CD cover photos and images for Yoga for the Average Joe.
Dreaming: Of visiting Italy and wondering if it will ever happen or if it will be my unicorn; something that is always talked about, but never seen.
Listening to: Adele
Planning: Weekend visit with Dylan. Hard to believe he turns 20 next week. Where did the years go?
Wondering why: I live in a cold climate. Brrr….it’s getting cold and I’m dreading winter.
Reading: The Loon Feather by Iola Fuller
Missing: My cat who passed away last week. 13+ years with the best cat ever.
Just Now: Enjoy fall, being home and not traveling.
What is going on in your life?
