Amazing World is a new virtual game where children can interact, discover, and create a fun colorful world and the best part is that Amazing World is free to play! Yes, you read that correctly. It’s completely free.
I had to see for myself if this game is exciting for children to play so I grabbed my new Zing and headed over to my friend’s house. Her son is the perfect age for this virtual world and I wanted his input.
Prior to asking G to play I downloaded the game to my computer and registered to play the game. I like to get those types of items out of the way prior to play so G doesn’t have to wait. It’s hard to be patient when you are 7 and just want to play. It took just a couple minutes to register and download.

I sat down with G and showed him his new Zing and explained a bit about the game and let him play. Kids figure these games out a LOT faster than I ever would. He understood it right away and was off and playing in minutes.

I let G play the game for a while and, even though he wasn’t anywhere near done, asked him a few questions:
ME: What do you think of Amazing World?
G: I really like it.
ME: What do you like about it?
G: I like finding things.
ME: What happens when you find things?
G: I get prizes like coins and flowers. I really like getting coins.
ME: What do you do with the flowers?
G: I plant them at my house. I can build and decorate it how I want.
ME: That’s pretty awesome. What do you think about your Zing?
G: I like him. Blue is my favorite color and he has a tail like a monkey. He looks just like the one in the game.
ME: That’s pretty cool isn’t it?
G: Yep, I really like it.
ME: Was there anything you didn’t like?
G: It was kinda hard to drive the car.
ME: Do you think you’ll play Amazing World again?
G: Yes, it’s a lot of fun.
ME: Do you give Amazing World one thumbs up or two?
G: Two thumbs up!
Here’s a quick video that shows Amazing World in a bit more detail:
After G was done playing I gave Amazing World a spin. I love how colorful and engaging it is and can see why G liked playing it so much. A lot of the clues and tips require a basic reading level or a parent nearby to assist. G was able to figure out most of it by reading and looking at the photos. I only helped him out a couple times.
There are tasks and challenges that can be accepted or declined. Completing tasks results in decorations for your home and coins to access fun challenges. Accepting a challenge takes you to a new screen with further instructions on what to do.
I love how the exhaust is flowers
Completing the challenge successfully results in a bouncing character and a “Great Job” pat on the back. I’m impressed with how Amazing World allows children to create an amazing world of their own. They are allowed to choose where to place flowers, decorations and building additions in their area of the game, which allows them to be creative in a fun setting.
Amazing World is free to play, but you can purchase a Zing to customize the game and make it a more unique experience for your child. The virtual Zing can then be personalized and your child will receive offers for exclusive prizes. Additionally, you can purchase a membership to Amazing World that unlocks all areas of the world.
