Seriously, Avocados are one of my favorite fruits. I have a hard time finding ripe fruit in Michigan, but I’m always so thrilled when I find them. I love making guacamole and I recently came across a recipe for avocado fries on pinterest.
Anyways, back to the sweepstakes. There is a daily prize of a $200 grocery gift card and the grand prize is a luxurious bed & breakfast getaway to Napa Valley, CA. Both the prizes sound great to me. $200 towards groceries would be awesome, but I have to say a getaway to Napa sounds divine.

AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE
1 fully ripened Avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted, and peeled
Ground black pepper
2 large slices bread, toasted
Optional: cooked bacon or tomatoes to add to toast
Preparation: In a bowl, coarsely mash avocado with a fork; season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide avocado onto toast and spread to cover, cut each slice in half.
If desired, tuck a piece of bacon into avocado on eaach toast half or slice tomato over top and serve.
