If you’ve never seen Blue Man Group it’s something you really should put on your “must do” list. A couple years ago we were in Boston and had some time to kill so we decided to go see Blue Man Group. That has been one of the best spontaneous decisions ever. When I was planning our Orlando trip I knew that going to Blue Man Group was a must see event for the trip.
 
The show itself is kinda difficult to explain, but the overall feeling of the show can be described in one word: FUN!

When you mention to people that there is no speaking yet there is a lot of audience interaction you kinda receive a strange look. I mean, really, the whole premise sounds kinda odd. 3 guys covered in blue paint, who don’t talk, playing with pvc pipes, paint, drums and an assortment of other gadgets on stage. Seriously? You call that entertainment? Oh, yes I do. It is one of the best times we had in Orlando.

Watching them pull people up on stage to interact with them–hilarious (even if I do think they are placed there for the show).

Seeing them create art with paint balls they catch in their mouths–very cool (yep, you really just have to see it).

The dance party at the end of the show–so. much. fun.

There is so much energy at a Blue Man Group show and it’s a bit addicting.
 

 
After the show be sure to buy a program ($8 or $10, can’t remember), wait in line to “meet” one of the Blue Men and ask them to sign your book. Don’t forget you camera so you can have your photo taken with them.

The Blue Man Group theater in Orlando is located at Universal’s CityWalk so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the theater.

Seeing Blue Man Group in Orlando was just as much fun as our show in Boston. We were thrilled with their performance and couldn’t have asked for a better show.
