To me, fall means caramel apples. I know, I could have caramel apples any time of the year, but I always wait to savor them in the fall. It gives me something to look forward to and is a special treat for the season.

Caramel apples have seriously advanced in looks since I was a kid. It used to be just an apple dipped in some melted caramel. Not so anymore. Check out these gorgeous gourmet caramel apples I found.
