Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff {Recipe}

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff1

This is probably the easiest recipe ever.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans Beefy Mushroom or Golden Mushroom Soup (I prefer the Golden Mushroom when I can find it)
  • 2 cans French Onion soup
  • 1 package of egg noodles
  • Beef–you can use a small roast or a steak, whatever amount you like
  • 1-8 oz container of sour cream
  • 1-8 oz package of cream cheese

Cut your beef into bite size pieces

In a crockpot add the 4 cans of soup and the cut up beef. Set to low and let cook 8-10 hours. I usually start it before work.

20 minutes before you want to serve dinner prepare the noodles according to package directions.

While the noodles are cooking, add the sour cream and the cream cheese to the crock pot. Stir well. If you use block cream cheese it will be hard to get all the lumps out, but that is o.k. It still taste great!

Serve the stroganoff over the noodles. I usually serve this dish with a salad or vegetable medley

What easy crock pot recipe do you enjoy?? Please share :)

Cheers,
