The King’s Speech. Family Friendly??

Apparently Hollywood wants to try to milk every last dime they can out of award winning ‘The King’s Speech’ and they’ve decided to clean up the language and make it family friendly according to a press release from NPR. I can’t imagine there is a whole lot of cussing going on and I have a feeling where it’s used it appropriate. What’ wrong with leaving well enough alone. If you’re offended by cuss words..don’t watch it. Easy enough.

I am one of the few that haven’t seen this movie yet. I will be rectifying that situation tomorrow. I want to see it in its original AWARD WINNING form and that means seeing it before April 1st. I don’t know why they are changing it. Its won numerous awards which leads me to believe that it must be a pretty darn good show that doesn’t need any corrections.

Have you seen The King’s Speech yet? Do you want to see it? What are your thoughts on them changing the wording? Don’t care either way??  Leave me a comment letting me know what you think.

No, I haven't seen it yet. Most likely I will not be going to a theater to see since I haven't been to one in years. I'll wait for it to come out on DVD. I will have to go check what it is about as I don't even know.
