Handheld Mixer Redneck Style

Normally, I use a fork to mix my cookie dough. I figure its a good workout for the arms (lord knows they need it). Plus, the hand mixer died a while ago and I’m too cheap to replace it because we are saving our pennies.

Tonight I was feeling way too lazy to bother with hand mixing the cookie dough. Alan had a great idea….clean up the hand drill, insert a mixer beater and ta da……redneck mixer!

disclaimer: be sure to really, really clean up the drill PRIOR to using it. If you choose to use this method I’m not responsible for any wood chips in your cookies :)
