International Space Station

Photo courtesey of http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/gallery/images/station/index.html

Last night Em & I watched the International Space Station pass over. This was our first time watching it and it was AWESOME!!! (Yes, we are kinda geeky at our house and get a kick out of this stuff). We jumped around and waved and sent everyone aboard some love and peace. Btw, if you never danced or just acted goofy under a full moon you are seriously missing out :) The sky was perfect for viewing last night and we were able to see it for about 3 minutes before it was out of sight. We’ll have another opportunity tonight, a little earlier–thank goodness!

Did you know there is a NASA tv station you can watch on the internet??? It shows the astronuats in action and is pretty damn cool. I think kids especially would love this. Check it out here.

Check here to see when the space station will pass over your house.

Have you seen the space station???
