- Alan and I really tore it up with our free time last night. We cleaned the carpets. Oh fun!! Once that was done we watched some tv and then called it a night and yes, went right to sleep (sigh). Dear lord, we are so freaking boring. Oh, and to make matters worse. We were alone ALL NIGHT. The boys went to an all night after prom party and Emma spent the night with a friend.
- We started our seeds. I hope they grow. This is our first year starting our own seeds. Usually we buy the plants, but I wanted to try to save some money. I’ve heard you can start them in the egg cartons so that is what we are doing. We planted tomatoes, jalapenos, carrots, basil, cucumber, and cilantro. I need to buy more seeds and start some more.
- Have you tried the new Pretzel M&M’s?? Yummy, it’s just the right combination of salty & sweet.

- I participated in the huge Blogmania event this past Friday and won a Lavender book and Lavender candle from Blackberry Jam Cafe. - Not a whole lot else going on around here. We are deep cleaning the house and getting ready for a very large yard sale. I’m getting rid of everything that we don’t use on a regular basis. Really tired of all this stuff just collecting dust. I’ve posted some larger items on Craigs List, but haven’t had a lot of success. We’ll also continue to ready the gardens and start seeds. I’m looking forward to a good veggie harvest this year.
