All week long the weatherman called for beautiful sunny weather this weekend. All. Week. Long. So I bust my ass getting things together for our yard sale. Cleaning, sorting, pricing. Haul out of bed at 6a.m. to start setting up…it’s looking a little overcast, but I thought it would just pass over. Put all the tables out, unloaded box after box after box onto the tables. We just about get everything set up and son of a bitch if it doesn’t start to drizzle. Seriously???? Are you freaking kidding me?
I want to know why weathermen/women even have jobs??? Honestly, how does it go from “it’s going to be a beautiful weekend” to rain! GGGGGGGRrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Hope it’s sunny where you are

You are the one causing the rain my friend! Don't you know that it will rain the minute you plan a yard sale?!?
We had a super successful sale one year and it poured rain! We couldn't believe the people just kept coming! Hope you did okay with your sale!
no worries, here in TEXAS, the weathermen are NEVER correct:)…sorry about your yard sale, hope it went ok anyway.
This happens here too.
Here's something weird about me. When it comes to weather, I hate hearing weatherologists say "There's a 70% chance of rain." No there's not. It is either A. Going to rain or B. Not going to raid. Even if the weather is "ripe" for rain, it still either will or will not do it. That's 50%. Do you know any other job where you can be wrong 50% of the time and still be employed?
