Have you heard of the Me & Goji Custom Artisanal Cereal??? I recently won a canister over at Eloise’s site Mommy 2 Two Girls. She has a great site, stop by and say Hi.

I won a gift certificate for my own mix. I was able to go to the site meandgoji.com and custom create my cereal from over 60 items. I choose Granola, Wheat Germ, Dried Cherries, Dried Apples, Dried Raspberries, Pistachios, Cashews, and Whole Almonds for my mix. My canister arrived today and I have to tell you I am impressed. It’s a larger canister than I was expecting, it has an 15 servings of cereal. When I created the cereal I was able to name it and, because yours truly is so freaking creative I came up with the fantastic name of Thompson Mix….I know, I rock The canister has the name printed right on the label–very cool. Plus, it’s signed by the person who hand mixed it…see the signature in red at the bottom? Awesome! I love knowing that there were actual people involved in putting together my product. Looking over their site a bit more and I noticed that they donate 5% of their profits to charity.

So, on to the tasting. Right away I was impressed by the look of the cereal. Big chunky pieces of dried fruit, yummy nuts and granola. It tasted just as good as it looked. Crunchy nuts, chewy dried fruit, and a salty and sweet taste. YUM!
