Sent my Favorite Things Swap out in the mail today. I thought I had taken a photo of it, but I can’t find one Well, I do have photos of what went IN the box and I’ll share those as soon as I know that Cara has received her package.

In other news: things have been busy this summer, I’m sure you can all relate to that. I’ve been photographing a fair share of weddings and portraits, between that, my regular job, family and keeping things organized around the house and yard I’m tired (do I hear any “Amens” out there???)

Our garden is coming along nicely. We harvested a few zucchini (shock–lol), 1 tomato and a handful of beans. The tomato plants, which I thought died in the frost, are looking hearty and have lots of fruit on them. The one pepper plant that survived is also looking well. I’ll have to get out and take some photos to share with everyone.

Dylan is going to be selling his art work at the Lake City Street Fair this weekend. If you are in northern Michigan head on over there and say hi.
