Came across this recipe for Blueberry and Cream Muffins. Oh my…they are good!! I tried this recipe on Tuesday and I’m making my second batch tonight. The only adjustment I made was for less cream cheese–I don’t think mine was cold enough and it was hard to cut it into small chunks. I’ll definitely be making more of this yummy goodness.
Looks great! Did you try spraying the knife with PAM? that really helps cutting into sticky stuff. Glad you enjoyed them!

Those look wonderful! I have muffin top pans and make those for us, we love the tops and I'll bet this would work great for that.
