We harvested our first veggies from the garden the other day. I was so excited! It’s such an empowering feeling knowing you can grow your own food. I seen that the other veggies were doing good as well. We’ve had some really cold weather this summer and the garden seems to be a little stunted, but it is still growing 
How is your garden doing? What have you harvested so far this summer?
Cukes? Beans? My goodness-I have seen no sign of them. And my tomatoes are going to be wearing flannel shirts pretty soon if it doesn't warm up soon!

… very sad, since my grandparents were farmers! AND>. I grew up helping grandpa work in HIS amazing garden!
Sue, I was shocked to find veggies on the vine. As you know it has been cold and I thought for sure the garden would be a bust this year.
Shannon, you should try something easy to start with…a patio tomato plant or something. Think how yummy that would be
